MOXIE Virtual Workshop

In this 60 minute class, you will be guided through a series of poses designed to stretch commonly tight areas.  Spinal mobility will also be included as well as some manual manipulation techniques to release tight muscles.  This is ideal for weekend warriors— yogis, runners, hikers, athletes or if you’re just tight from the work week.  A yoga tune up ball is recommended but a pair of tennis balls or lacrosse balls will also work just fine.
