Our signature approach to fitness-inspired yoga.
MOXIE FUNDAMENTALS
55-minute class. Essential postures of yoga that affect the entire body. Deep focus on alignment and breath connection. Postures are held 8-10 breaths. Sequence follows the MOXIE Fundamental postures. Appropriate for beginner and intermediate students. This is not a beginner only class: all students interested in working on the principles and foundations of Yoga should attend.
MOXIE METHOD
55-minute class based on the Fundamental postures. A Truly All Levels class for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Modifications are provided for the beginners. Variations offered for the more experienced. Postures are held for 5-7 breaths.
POWER YOGA
55-minute class. Classes vary based on the instructor. Accessible to All Levels. Modifications provided for beginners. Variations for the more experienced.
MOXIE Exclusive
MOXIE Exclusive classes are regularly scheduled classes with unique content.
MOXIE MELLOW
MOXIE Mellow is a slower paced MOXIE Method class with the goal of allowing students to decompress. The focus will be on stretching tight muscles in a space of relaxation. With the use of breathwork and props, you will feel restored and ready to rock your week. This is the perfect complement to the more challenging classes at MOXIE.
MOXIE Masters
This is an invitation only advanced MOXIE Method class for advanced practitioners at MOXIE. Online and 3rd party registrations are disabled. Memberships, Class Packages, or drop-ins can be used to pay for class in person.If you are interested in attending the class, please email the teacher, Mark at mark@moxie.yoga for approval.
