MOXIE Mellow


This workshop will send you into a place of relaxation. With the use of Props + Meditation + Breathwork you will feel restored and ready to rock the week! Please let us know if you are sensitive to scents as we will be using essential oils during this workshop. We will also be offering an add on CBD salve stick for $10 to help with muscle relaxation during the workshop in which you will get to keep.

CBD Salve Stick has shown to be effective for arthritic joint pain/inflammation, as well as localized muscle pain/soreness and chronic skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. MOXIE Prenatal


Yoga throughout your pregnancy can help strengthen you through practice and uplift you through breath.
This workshop is a space for expecting mothers to move through a mindful prenatal yoga sequence as well as discuss how to modify regular yoga classes. Practice will be taught at all levels for all stages of pregnancy. Sequences are designed to build strength, heighten pelvic awareness and explore poses that help expecting mothers cope with discomfort.

Exploring Backbends


Oh backbends… most people either love ‘em or hate ‘em. Backbends are stimulating asanas that require strength, flexibility, courage, and A LOT of practice. Join me on the journey to explore these challenging asanas! This workshop is appropriate for students of all levels.

Throughout the workshop, we will explore:
  • Benefits of backbends
  • How to warm up for backbends
  • Strengthening and opening for backbends
  • How to cultivate a greater sense of body awareness while exploring these asanas
  • How to safely progress and deepen your backbends over time

Registration details: Please do not eat at least 2 hours prior to this workshop. Backbends feel best on an empty stomach!

Yogassage: Yoga + Massage


Sit at a desk all day? Feeling tension all over your body? Come join Elaine, certified yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist for a workshop that combines the benefits of yoga and self massage. You will be guided through a yoga practice to open up shoulders, hips and low back. Then using a massage ball, learn how and where to self massage to release tension.

If you already have a lacrosse or massage ball, you’re more than welcome to bring it. If not, please sign up for the $35 option that includes a massage ball you get to keep!

Yin Yoga for Hips + Shoulders


Are your hips and shoulders in need of some extra love? If yes, then this workshop is for YOU! This workshop will offer students a relaxing afternoon yin practice to release tension in the hips and shoulders.

Yin asanas (postures) are generally held for 3 - 5 minutes, with counterposes and slow movements in between asanas. Longer holds target deeper layers of fascia to keep the tissues healthy and the joints mobile. Students of all experience levels are welcome to attend.

Throughout the workshop we will explore the following:
  • How to practice yin yoga
  • The benefits of yin yoga vs. the benefits of vinyasa yoga and how they compliment each other
  • Yin asanas that open the hips and shoulders
  • How to create a customized home practice

Registration details:
  • Cozy socks and/or sweaters are recommended to keep warm and comfortable
  • You are welcome to bring an eye pillow if you have one
